We are unable to accept international orders. US ORDERS ONLY

SHIPPING METHODS-We ship USA-USPS/FED EX Ground-Ships from our distribution centers in 7-10 business days.

SHIPPING RATES:
Flat Rate = $12.95.

DISCREET SHIPPING-We ship in plain or priority boxes only, with no reference to adult material or Her Erotic Toys anywhere on the package. Our return address is posted on your package as Customer Service with the name of TMC Enterprises who is our parent company. This is to protect your privacy.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE-Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship from our warehouse. Business days are Mon-Fri with exceptions to holidays. We order directly from the manufacturer twice weekly. We do not keep all our items in stock. This allows us to give our customers a bigger and better choice of styles and colors at lower costs. Occasionally an item may be on back order from the manufacturer, if this occurs you will be notified by email of approximate ship date. We will not process your order until you have confirmed the back order. Fed Ex will not deliver to a P.O. Box, therefore we require a physical address. Please be advised that some packages will require a signature. If paying via eCheck your shipping may be delayed in waiting for the check to clear your bank.

RETURNS-We understand that it's hard to purchase apparel online, that is why we ask you to please order accordingly. Novelty items CAN NOT be returned. All sales are final. We cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled and if the order ships, shipping charges will not be refunded. There will be a minimum $35.00 Cancellation Fee or 25% whichever is greater on all orders.

CANCELLATION- If you need to cancel your order, you will be subject to a $35.00 Cancellation Fee or 25% of the total sale amount whichever is greater. If you return an item, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. These fees will be deducted from your credit return.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER AT ONCE WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT. IF ITEMS ARE DAMAGED or MISSING, YOU MUST NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY BY PHONE OR EMAIL. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS REPORTED AFTER 5 DAYS OF SHIPMENT.

If a credit is owed, please allow up to 14 days for credit to be applied to your account.
